This extrusion line produces three-layer PVC fiber reinforced hose with excellent chemical resistance and physical properties. The middle Terylene fiber network provides superior strength for conveying oil, air, water, high-pressure gases, chemicals, and agricultural irrigation fluids.

Complete system includes two single screw extruders, one yarn braid machine, and auxiliary equipment. Compatible with various dies to produce different soft pipe configurations including grid pipe and snake skin pipe for medium pressure or corrosive applications.
