PP, PE films/bags recycling washing line description:
This waste plastic recycling and granulation machine is researched, designed and manufactured by our
company, integration of Europe technology, it has features as high efficiency, working stable, large capacity
etc.
Application:
Applicable plastic materials for waste plastic recycling and granulation machine: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE,
BOPP, etc.
Material shapes: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and
raffia, etc.
Note: depending on material property, various downstream equipment are available.
Working Flow:
Plastic film & bag recycling and washing line (1000kg/h):
Belt conveyor*2→Crusher (with water) *2→ Double screw conveyor*2→Film floating washer→Screw
conveyor→High speed friction machine→Screw conveyor→Horizontal dewatering machine→Drying
system→Transition silo→Drying system→Storage hopper→Control cabinet
Advantages:
1. Final products has good quality. When process PP PE film bags, final products humidity below 5%.
2. The whole line capacity between 150kg/h-2000kg/h (150kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h)
