Product Description:
This pp pe film pelletizing line is used torecycle and pelletize eva,pe,pp,xps,eps material wastes. It is the ideanproduction line for recycling plastic film, silk, flakes, strips, bags and leftover wastes.
This type of recycling line is composed of loader, agglomerator ( or crusher), extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, water ring cut system, dewatering collecting system, air blowing and storing system etc. We can customize our products by your special requirements.
Features:
1. High efficiency force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding ,low energy consumption.
2. Extruder of film granulation line :single stage or double stage pelletizing.
3. Single screw extruder, equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system, has avery good output capacity.
4. Pelletizing style: water-ring and water cooling strand cutting with extrusion mould,even cutting ensures good shape.
Advantages:
1. This line introduces foreign technique, it can directly put PE.PP film into single-screw extrusion line for granulation after crashed and cleanouted. It won't destroy the structure and physical property of molecule material, and surely it's much more economization than traditional pellet feeding method.
2. The single-screw extrusion line adopts screw of large L/D, it bears special exhaust equipment and it can wipe off the liquid water content effectively and get high output.
3. palletizing line using water ring pelletizer, granules are uniform and beautiful.
