Product Description
The PVC ceiling decoration panel production line is widely used in the decoration industry. With drawing sections of the profile, tailed solutions and mould will be made.
The process flow of this line is:
- PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder
- Conical twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator
- Vacuum forming table → haul-off machine
- Cutting machine → stacker
This window and door profile extrusion line adopts conical twin screw extruder, which is suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. It has degassing system to ensure excellent material plasticization. High speed mould is available, and it can largely increase productivity.

Optimized channel design ensures high flow performance. Highly inspected by our experienced engineers, the precision and stable running of the mould is guaranteed.
Equipped with water circuit and vacuum system, the rapid shaping and cooling by special layout will produce excellent window and door profiles. Stable steel frame and high-quality body material like SUS 304 stainless steel guarantee machine lifetime. We offer several water separators.
Each crawler track is driven by independent motor offering sufficient hauling force with even force distribution along crawler tracks. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensures stable quality of products. We apply direct cutting for the window and door profile production line.
We offer automatic stacker holding the produced window and door profile. It will flip periodically pulling the profiles down.
