  PET FLAKES PRODUCTION LINE WITH DIFFERENT PRODUCTION CAPACITY

PET FLAKES PRODUCTION LINES are used for washing Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) scrap.
Usually, the material PET is used for beverage bottles, food containers, or industrial film. PET flakes that are produced by PET Washing Lines can be used for yarn, fabric, fiber, or packaging product manufacturing. PET Washing Lines consist of Pre-Washing and Separation, Size Reduction, Sink and Float, Cold and Hot Washing, Label Separation, and Drying process.
Scrap PET material is cleaned externally in the Pre-Washing part and separated manually. In the Size Reduction, part prewashed material is ground and after that flakes are cleaned intensively in Cold and Hot Washing parts. After Washing and Drying PET flakes are separated from light label impurities. Lines are designed according to the contamination and capacity.

COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:

PET CRUSHING, WASHING AND DRYING LINES are used for producing PET flakes which is an industrial raw material, from PET bottles and other PET wastes. PET materials are crushed, cleaned and dried in these lines and stored PET flakes.

PET materials are crushed by Granulator, washed by cold water in PET Separation Tank, and separated from floating plastics. Cold washed flakes are washed with chemical solution added hot water in Hot Washing Tank. They are cleaned intensively with high speed and friction in Horizontal Centrifuge and rinsed in a second Separation Tank by cold water. Clean PET flakes are transferred to Dynamic Centrifuge and residual moisture of flakes are reduced to 1%.

Granulator’s rotor length can be decided according to the size and capacity of the material to be granulated. Suitable to crush all types of plastics of ABS, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, PC, PET, etc.

PET Separation Tanks are used for separating PET from floating plastics like PE and PP. Inside the tank, screw transfer PET material while on the tank screw discharges floating plastics.

PET separation tank can be made of SUS304 or iron steel.

Hot Washing Tanks are used for cleaning the contaminants on PET flakes like glue and oil which can not be cleaned by cold water. Chemical solution added hot water is accepted.

It is made of SUS304 with single or double layers.

Horizontal Centrifuges are made of SUS304 material in 3 meters – 5 meters length and diameter 250mm to 500mm according to its capacity.’

Dynamic Centrifuges are used for dewatering rigid flakes at high speed. The humidity rate of flakes can be reduced to 2%, thanks to the improved rotor design. Improved easy access screen design allows easy screen cleaning.

Dynamic Centrifuges are made of SUS304.
